This option entitles you to redirect your mail to our office where, when your mail arrives, we will receipt and numerically code it for your records. In addition, we will email you when new mail arrives and list all your mail on our website, under your user login, for you to view at anytime. Alternatively you can call our offices and we will advise you of all your mail being stored. When you’re ready to receive your mail you simply call, SMS, email or fax us etc with your next forwarding address and we will send your mail within 1 working day. We use your 'mail float' to cover all forwarding costs of getting your mail to you. Rest assured we always ensure we send it the best possible way.

In addition to Option 1 when your mail arrives at our offices we will scan the envelopes your mail arrives in and upload the pictures onto our website, under your user login. You can then log into the website anytime and see what mail has arrived. You have the added flexibility to see a picture of your mail to determine its urgency and importance. You can then let us know what action you want to take with each piece of mail. You can choose from forwarding, opening and scanning the contents of your mail onto your user login or recycling it if it is junk mail. This option allows you to only forward and view your mail that really matters.

In this option we use your 'mail float' to cover all forwarding costs of getting your mail to you, whether that be via the post or by scanning your mail.

This option allows instant access to your mail online, so you’re always connected! When your mail arrives at our offices we will automatically open and scan the contents of your mail under your user login on our website, ready for immediate access. Obviously, if there is mail you don’t want us to open, that’s fine, just let us know on your membership form and we will just scan the envelope onto the website for you. As in Option 2 you can then choose to have us forward the original copies of your mail or have us recycle it. It’s entirely up to you!

In this option we use your 'mail float' to cover all forwarding costs of getting your mail to you, whether that be via the post or by scanning your mail (at a rate of 50c per page over 30 pages per month).
